Phenomenal pair of Art Deco sterling silver double-sided cufflinks, the faces decorated with three shades of champleve enamels in an interlocking stylized foliate pattern. The muted ivory, green and black coloring is very sophisticated. The connectors are marked “Sterling.”

Origin: America, ca. 1920. Condition: excellent, all original, normal surface scratching visible with magnification, but no enamel chips or cracks. Size: 3/4" x 15/32”. Weight: 7.75 grams.

Nice vintage sterling silver cufflinks, the faces decorated with an appliqued anchor and chain. The toggle backs are hinged so that the faces lie flat against the cuff. The toggles are marked "Sterling" and also have a patent number for the toggle mechanism.

Very nice pair of Norwegian sterling silver double-sided cufflinks, the faces enameled in translucent medium blue. The silver beneath the enamel is engraved in fine parallel lines. The engraved lines in each band are set perpendicular to each other so that the color of the enamel appears to change when viewed from different directions. The connectors are marked “925S” and signed “Norne”.

Origin: Norway, ca. 1950. Condition: very good, light surface scratching from normal wear, there's a tiny dark spot underneath the enamel on one face (much worse in the photos than in reality). Size: 21/32” x 1/2”. Weight: 8.0 grams.

Very nice Victorian sterling silver doubled-faced cufflinks decorated with Classical medallions in the Shiebler style. The medallions depict are Greek in style and depict and adult man and a youth in profile. The backgrounds are stippled and the edges are beveled and irregularly shaped to suggest antiquity. The backs are marked "Sterling".

Origin: America, circa 1880. Condition: excellent, very sharp detail. Size: approximately 7/8" diameter. Weight: 12.5 grams.

Outstanding late Art Nouveau Continental silver cufflinks with a wonderful design of a gold spider sitting in her niello web. The workmanship and design is quite original and accomplished. The backs are marked with unidentified Continental (possibly German) marks, including the jeweler’s mark “HF”.

Wonderful early David-Andersen sterling silver cufflinks with enameled flowers. The flowers are enameled in translucent violet and yellow. Each face is bordered with a green enameled ring. The backs are marked with the early David-Andersen mark used 1888-1924. Pre-war examples of David-Anderson enameled jewelry is significantly rarer than post-war pieces.

Origin: Norway, circa 1900. Condition: excellent, except for enamel loss to one flower petal (visible at the 12 o'clock position in the fourth photograph). Size: 9/16" diameter.

Phenomenal champleve enameled sterling silver cufflinks, each depicting a different horse. The workmanship is exquisite. The enameled portraits have a three-dimensional quality due to the level of detail. The connectors are fully hallmarked with Swiss hallmarks used between July 1934 and June 1935.

Handsome pair of vintage cufflinks featuring round faces of rose-cut pyrope garnets pave-set in gilt silver. The garnets have a very nice red color without an excess of the brown undertones that make many garnets look dead. The gilding has mellowed to a soft golden color. The toggle backs make the cufflinks easy to put on. The backs are marked “900”.

Origin: probably Czechoslovakia, circa 1940. Condition: excellent. Size: faces, 17/32” diameter. Weight: 8.0. Approximate Total Gemstone Weight: 1.0 carat.
