Very rare Victorian cufflinks featuring gold in quartz set in simple 10K gold settings. The medium-grey color of the quartz is very unusual. Gold veins are more frequently found in a whitish colored quartz. Cufflinks such as these were often custom-made for prospectors in California or Alaska during the great 19th century gold rushes. Tested and guaranteed 10K gold. Origin: America, mid-19th century. Size: 11/16" x 1/2". Weight: 7.5 grams. |
