Very nice pair of Victorian earrings in 14K gold with turquoise. The arrow motif was a popular design element in Victorian jewelry. In this case, the arrows are centered by calibre-cut Persian turquoise. The feathers at the end of the arrow are realistically engraved. The wires are hinged and close with c-clasps. Origin: America, circa 1880. Condition: excellent, there is a possibility that one of the c-clasps was resoldered quite a long time ago. Size: 1” long. Weight: 2.0 grams. |
