Very good quality 14K yellow gold brooch set with carved jade leaves and pearl berries. The jade has a lovely green hue and is nicely translucent. The 5mm pearls are quite lustrous and have a creamy color. The gold stems are lightly engraved to simulate the texture of bark. The piece has an overall quality quite similar to pieces by Ming's. Tested and guaranteed 14K. Ca. 1960. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 1-7/8" x 1-3/4". Weight: 12.0 grams. |
