A beautiful cut glass cocktail shaker by Val St. Lambert. The sides are cut in a geometric pattern of diamonds in vertical panels topped with elongated printies. The top edge is mounted with a beautifully detailed gilt bronze border and strainer lip. The bronze is enhanced with engraved acanthus leaf decoration. The bottom of the shaker has St. Lambert’s etched signature. Origin: Belgium, ca. 1930. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks, original gilding intact. Size: 8-5/16” tall. |
