A gorgeous Retro Moderne brooch in 14K yellow gold by Tiffany & Co. The brooch, in a stylized floral form, is set with four brilliant oval-cut 1.5-carat aquamarines. The stones are beautifully colored, without a hint of the undesirable greenish tinge. The openwork setting creates a feeling of lightness that nicely complements the delicate coloring of the gemstones. The back is stamped “14K Tiffany & Co.”. Origin: America, ca. 1940. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 1-3/8” x 1-3/8” Weight: 7.0 grams. Approximate Total Gemstone Weight: 6.0 carats. |
