18K gold brooch worked in a fish-scale pattern and then finished in beautiful translucent emerald green enamel. The ends of the brooch feature rows of small diamonds set in white gold, while the center suspends an enamel-capped tassle of gold rope-twist chains that terminate in baroque pearls. The pearls have stunning lustre and the enameling is of the finest quality. The reverse is signed by the maker "DNM 5741" and is marked "750". Origin: Europe, mid-20th century. Condition: excellent. Size: 1-21/32" wide; 1-11/16" long. Weight: 12.5 grams. |
