A stunning 18K gold, diamond and pearl cluster ring by Mikimoto. Seven pearls, ranging in size from 6.1 to 7.4 millimeters, are arranged in a pear-shaped pattern. The pearls are of the finest quality, estimated at AA. The body color is cream with strong rose overtones. The surfaces are very lustrous and perfectly smooth. The cluster is punctuated with prong-set brilliant round-cut diamonds that echo the diamonds set into the shoulders of the shank. The overall size of the ring is substantial, but the design is very delicate. The inside of the shank is stamped “750” for 18K gold and also bears Mikimoto’s oyster shell hallmark. The ring is presented in its original fitted Mikimoto box. Origin: Japan, ca. 1990. Condition: excellent, no wear. Size: crown, 15/16” x 3/4". Finger Size: 7-1/4. Weight: 7.0 grams.
