A delightful 1950s enameled sterling silver brooch in the form of a leaping fish or whale. The pin is enameled in bright shades of purple, green, blue, black and white. This designed in several color variations, but this appears to be one of the more uncommon colorways. The back is marked “D-A Norway / Sterling 925 S”. Origin: Norway, ca. 1955. Condition: excellent, no enamel damage. Size: 1-3/4” x 2”. Weight: 11.0 grams. |
