A very attractive Retro ring in 18K rose and yellow gold collet-set with an emerald cut color change spinel. The stone approximates the color of a good aquamarine in incandescent (indoor) light and changes color to a vibrant, pale green in sunlight. The setting is beautifully made in a design of interlocking yellow and rose gold swirls. Tested and guaranteed 18K. Origin: Europe, ca. 1930. Condition: excellent, abrasions at facet edges visible under magnification. Finger Size: 8-1/4. Size: crown, 3/4" x 3/4”. Approximate Total Gemstone Weight: 3.25 carats. |
