A sophisticated 18K yellow gold and tanzanite slide pendant by exclusive Parisian jewelry house Chaumet. The modern design is a simple rectangle punctuated with a square step cut tanzanite. The tanzanite is moderately-dark, strongly saturated, strongly violetish-blue. The pendant looks especially good hanging from a silk cord, but can also be worn on a leather cord or even a gold tubogas chain. The pendant is marked “750” for 18K, is signed “Chaumet Paris” and has the serial number “361036”. Origin: France, ca. 2000. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 7/8” x 1/2". Weight: 12.2 grams.
