A colorful pair of Art Deco 18K yellow gold double-faced cufflinks featuring cabochons of blue chalcedony. The stones are cut high so they stand away from the cuff for maximum impact when being worn The bright periwinkle blue stones are simply set in gold collets joined by removable connectors. The mountings are fully hallmarked with French “tete d’aigle” hallmarks for 18K gold and with an unidentified maker’s mark “L & C”. Origin: France, ca. 1920. Condition: excellent. Size: 7/16” (11 mm) diameter. Weight: 7.1 grams. |
