A very nice pair of Edwardian cufflinks, the oval faces featuring oval cabochons of green jadeite surrounded by beaded 14K yellow gold borders. The jade has fine bright green coloring with good translucency and light to moderate mottling. The jade has been tested and is Type A (without dye or polymer impregnation). The faces are connected with chains to baton backs with spherical terminals. The backs of the faces are indistinctly hallmarked with a maker’s mark. Tested and guaranteed 14K. Ca. 1910. Condition: excellent. Size: 11/16” x 1/2" (18 x 13.5 mm). Weight: 7.2 grams. Approximate Total Jadeite Weight: .88 ct. |
