A wonderful pair of Art Deco 14K gold cufflinks by Carrington. The rectangular faces are fashioned in a sophisticated engraved pattern of radiating diamond-shapes in contrasting shades of yellow and rose gold. The faces appear to be woven, but the pattern is actually achieved entirely through the use of precise engraving. The faces are joined by solid connectors, and are hallmarked by Carrington. Origin: America, ca. 1920. Condition: excellent. Size: 5/8” x 15/32” (16 x 12mm). Weight: 11.3 grams. |
