The platinum chain transitions at the middle to rows of rose cut diamonds in millgrained platinum collets separated by knife-edge spackers that meet in a matching inverted pear-shaped plaque set with a large pear-shaped rose cut diamond. A second smaller diamond below exaggerates the pear-shaped motif.
